How we handle data.
Not all São Vicente property data is public or current. Invest São Vicente therefore uses a mix of official sources, live asking prices, local market observations and hands-on experience. Where figures are missing, we say so.
The labels we use
Official source
Figures from institutions such as the Cabo Verde statistics office, the central bank, the municipality or the property registry.
Market observation
Asking prices, rent levels and trends we track ourselves in the market. Current, but not an official measurement.
Estimate
A reasoned estimate based on hands-on experience, used where official data is missing or lagging.
